Keith McMurray was born Marshall Keith McMurray to William and Margaret McMurray on December 14, 1959.

Keith's father, Bill McMurray, is a former California state heavyweight champion better known for cutting George Foreman's eye in a sparring match, and causing postponement of "The Rumble In The Jungle" between Foreman and Muhammad Ali in 1974.

Keith turned pro boxer in 1984 and has fought from China to Europe and points in between. His opponents include such notables as Michael Moorer, Andrew Maynard, and Orlin Norris.

During the mid 1990's Keith boxed professionally in the state of Utah and became the Heavyweight Champion of Utah. Shortly thereafter, Keith retired from boxing and now makes his home in Northern California.

Keith is as quick with a quote from the Bible as he is with his left jab that has earned him the nickname "Sir Jabalot."
